Yes, we can port (transfer) your number/s over from your current provider. The process usually involves verifying your existing account details with your old provider and providing them to your new provider. The porting process can take anywhere from a few days to a week, depending on the providers and country. 

 Yes, fast internet is definitely possible, but the speed you can get depends on several factors like your location, available providers, and the type of connection available in your area. 

 If your internet goes down, the phones (which rely on internet connectivity for voice communication) will not be able to make or receive calls. Which is why we offer failover options, so that calls can be rerouted to your mobile phone or another number if the internet is unavailable.
